Field Engineer

Amotec is actively seeking candidates for a Field Engineer opportunity with a global manufacturing company. The Field Support Engineer will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide product support on how the product works and how to rebuild/repair the product.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Train individuals and customers on how to properly maintain, repair, rebuild and operate hydraulic/mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose tools and equipment to maximize operational results
• Assist with developing and redesigning part designs as needed
• Act as a liaison between sales and customers to ensure proper equipment fit

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Engineering is preferred
• 2+ years of product support and/or field service experience
• Previous experience using AutoCAD and/or Inventor
• Ability to travel 15-20% of the time
