Roles and responsibilities

• Assist with the maintenance and management of the Compliance program, including risk assessment, policy and procedure implementation, compliance monitoring and complaints.
• Perform compliance monitoring and testing of various regulations.
• Develop policies and procedures to support compliance with federal laws and regulations and to include new products or processes.
• Help support regulatory audits and examinations and ensure timely responses to material requests.
• Provide sound and effective communication to senior management.
• Conduct ongoing training and assist with the development of new compliance training programs.
• Identify and track emerging compliance trends.
• Regulatory Compliance Testing
• Maintain knowledge of key regulatory laws and regulations (Reg B, Reg Z, Reg E, FCRA, BSA, AML) REQUIRED

Core Competencies

• Ability to comprehend and apply rules and regulations to monitoring and testing
• Demonstrated experience with financial services products
• Critical thinking skills

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compliance, Audit or Risk Management
• Experience in regulatory Compliance
• Ability to integrate and interpret laws and regulations
• Effective oral and written communication skills
