Junior Employment Law Associate Attorney

This firm exclusively represents management-side employers and works with clients across a range of diverse industries including nonprofits, education, health care, commercial and professional services. You’ll collaborate with and learn from highly regarded attorneys known for their deep expertise in labor and employment law.
What they’re looking for:
- 2+ years of broad employment litigation experience, particularly management side
- Strong background in employment counseling, defending wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment cases
- No labor experience is required, but would be a bonus
- MA Bar is preferred, but candidates who can quickly waive in will be considered
