Corporate Associate Attorney

Are you an experienced corporate attorney looking for a new challenge? A leading Boston-based law firm is expanding its Corporate & Securities Practice Group and is seeking a talented Senior Corporate Associate to join their growing team.

About You:

• JD with 4+ years of general corporate experience (Big Law or boutique firm experience welcome!).
• Comfortable managing deals and working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Massachusetts Bar admission required.

What You’ll Do:

• Take the first chair on smaller deals and second chair on larger transactions.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior associates.
• Work on a variety of matters, including entity formation, contracting, M&A, and financing.
