Mission
Own the customer journey from an engagement marketing standpoint from registration, adoption and conversion to a paid plan. Using in-product communications, email marketing, chat, trigger based communications, educate, inspire and engage customers to further adopt product features and ultimately become a paying subscriber.
Your specific outcomes are:
Partner with the Product team to support the features and levers that drive our self-serve business, including free users, subscription and pricing, purchasing and upgrade experiences.
Partner with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to develop and launch new product based experiments and campaigns to drive user adoption and team expansion.
Analyze, test, and learn to optimize funnel performance. Develop and execute strategies to improve acquisition, conversion, expansion, reactivation, and retention.
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of relevant experience in product management, technical product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
FOCUS on B2B growth
Experience in a GTM function of driving revenue through Product Innovation
Experience working in a startup environment (Series A, B, C etc.)
Experience with driving new customers through a subscription model
Strong experience working with Product Marketing, Engineering and Sales
A love for storytelling in a simple, thoughtful, and visual manner
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: you have experience developing narratives and persuading people to try something new
Ability to connect technical concepts with user value and express it succinctly
Willingness to roll up your sleeves to build externally-facing assets and internal deliverables
Prior experience working at product-led growth organizations and/or freemium business models
A data-driven approach to business. Ability to justify decisions using models and metrics.
