Acumatica Consultant (Contract)

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Acumatica Consultant to join our team on a contract basis to support and optimize our Acumatica ERP system for a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on troubleshooting, managing, and resolving bugs within the Acumatica system, ensuring smooth operations and system efficiency for our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and system issues in the Acumatica ERP system.
• Manage and support ongoing system maintenance, updates, and optimizations within a manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure the system is aligned with operational needs.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams to ensure optimal use of the system.
• Analyze system performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement best practices for system management.
• Work closely with other IT and ERP teams to ensure integration and data consistency across the platform.
• Document solutions, processes, and updates to ensure consistent tracking of system issues and resolutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Acumatica Consultant or in a similar ERP consultant role.
• Strong knowledge of the Acumatica ERP platform, particularly in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience troubleshooting, resolving bugs, and managing system updates.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry's specific workflows, particularly around production, inventory, and supply chain management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and issues simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical issues to non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Acumatica customization and report building.
• Prior experience working with other ERP systems in manufacturing environments.
