ERP Application Analyst (Onsite)

We are seeking a skilled ERP System Analyst to join our expanding team of techno-functional professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective implementation, customization, and maintenance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs, optimize processes, and enhance system functionality to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the planning, design, and deployment of ERP solutions to meet business requirements.
- Configure and customize ERP modules, such as PeopleSoft, to align with organizational processes.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, utilizing tools like Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify system improvements, and implement solutions.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend optimization strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, implement updates or patches, and coordinate with vendors for enhancements and technical support.
- Ensure data integrity within the ERP system and oversee data migration and integration with other systems.
- Develop user manuals and training materials; conduct training sessions for end-users and team members.
- Implement business intelligence solutions using tools like Cognos to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure ERP systems adhere to company policies and industry regulations, implementing security measures to protect sensitive data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with ERP systems, including PeopleSoft.
- Proven track record in ERP implementation and support.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for database management and development.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Cognos.
- Familiarity with ERP modules related to finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ERP Specialist, Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
