Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite 4 days a week) They work remote of Friday’s

Duration: 3-4 Months (with possibility of extension)

Only Independent Contractors, cannot use 3rd party profiles.

Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC, for at least 4 days a week.

Need to have very strong communication skills.

Job Description: ATD is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Apps Techno/Functional Consultant with at least 10 years of experience for an onsite role in Charlotte, NC. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle Applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Transportation Management (TM) modules and prior experience working with a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Techno/Functional expert in Oracle Applications with a focus on Transportation Management (TM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Oracle TM enhancements.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution of system problems.
• Develop and modify Oracle TM configurations, customizations, reports, and workflows as needed.
• Partner with the business to optimize system functionalities and processes.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Oracle Apps Techno/Functional Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (TM) modules.
• Proven track record of working with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations.
• Ability to design, develop, and support Oracle Apps solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with integrating Oracle TM with other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies and agile frameworks.
• Knowledge of other Oracle modules and associated functionalities.
