Oracle EBS Techno Functional Consultant (Oracle EBS Implementation) at Sarasota, FL

Seeking a Oracle Finance Techno functional Consultant with Oracle EBS experience, including implementation and support projects. Must excel in designing, implementing, and supporting cutting-edge technologies. Proficiency in Oracle Financials and Purchasing required, with expertise in additional modules desired.

This is a full-time, salaried position, and therefore, we do not engage in C2C arrangements. However, we are open to considering candidates on an H1 visa who meet the qualifications for the role.

Responsibilities

• Conducting analysis, design, and development to generate essential requirements, functional specifications, and supportive artifacts for system development efforts within specific business unit(s).
• Serving as a pivotal analytical asset for the IT Finance & Human Resources Oracle & SaaS application development & support Team(s), actively contributing to the identification, development, and delivery of innovative solutions aligned with team and organizational goals & objectives.
• This role necessitates substantial experience in IT projects revolving around Financials, Procurement, Human Resources, and related functions, including:
• Proficiency in supporting existing applications and addressing ad hoc business data/system requirements.
• Strong grasp of Metrics and KPI concepts, particularly focused on Finance functions.
• Capability to craft data roadmaps tailored for new product releases and evolving business demands.
• Familiarity with Agile SDLC concepts.

General Analytical & Design Duties

• Utilize Oracle EBS for competitive advantage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and Business teams for requirement specifications.
• Conduct decision support analysis and secure signoff on functional requirements.

Systems Analysis Specific duties

• Lead Functional Strategy sessions and facilitate Gap-Fit Analysis.
• Define solutions using Oracle EBS functions and translate analysis outcomes.

Project Management Support

• Assist in business strategy analysis and refine project plans.
• Develop project documentation and collaborate with project managers.

Communication

• Demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Facilitate meetings and articulate technical concepts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Oracle EBS/ERP experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle AIM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in Project Management or Lead role preferred.

Work Environment:

• Office-based with occasional travel (20%).
• Availability for on-call duty.
• After-hours and weekend work required.
