About the Role:

DayToDay Responsbilities:

• Provide expertise in defining, designing, implementing, and communicating best practices for database architecture and configurations across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Certify and evaluate new and upgraded Postgres technologies for optimal enterprise performance, security, and scalability.
• Execute proof of concepts, cross-functional collaboration, and documentation of techniques for operational and support teams.
• Extensive experience (5-7 years) with enterprise-scale Postgres, including cluster management, backup, restoration, replication, monitoring, and high-availability configurations.
• Proficiency in Postgres internals, DBMS concepts (ACID, CAP), Kubernetes/Docker, and coding with Python or Terraform for database tools.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
