Position Overview: As a Junior ERP Resource, you will play a vital role in enhancing our manufacturing processes through precise batch size calculations and effective routing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate optimal batch sizes for manufacturing based on demand forecasts and production capacity.
  • Manage and optimize end-to-end processes in PTP (Procure-to-Pay), OTC (Order-to-Cash), and RTR (Record-to-Report) within the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop and improve routing instructions for various products.
  • Support the configuration and maintenance of ERP systems related to batch management and routing.
  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in batch production and routing.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on batch size calculations and routing procedures.
  • Assist in testing and validating system updates related to batch and routing functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
  • Monitor compliance with internal controls and best practices across all processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an ERP role within the Consumer-Packaged-Goods (CPG) industry; internship experience will also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of batch size calculations and routing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their application in manufacturing processes (OTC, PTP, and RTR).
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and mindfulness.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
