Electronic Data Interchange Specialist

Our client is looking for an EDI Analyst to join their team. This person will be responsible for supporting benefit eligibility files.

Please note

This is a hybrid office position requiring candidates to work 3 days per week on site.

Position Description:

• Provides functional requirements to developers to implement the changes to EDI and proprietary file formats.
• Reviews and approves technical specifications documents from developers.
• Conducts thorough UAT of the requested changes.
• Coordinates with the eligibility benefit partners and developers to resolve problems.
• Supports new enrollments, changes, terminations, and annual enrollment benefit changes for interface files.
• Provides Tier 2 support to Plan Operations team for member inquiries regarding enrollment data.
• Supports ACA year end reporting

Requirements:

• 8+ years of work experience.
• 5+ years of experience with benefits administration.
• Experience with using benefits administration software.
• Strong QA testing methodology.
