Electronic Data Interchange Developer

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong EDI Developer to work with a great team in the greater Columbia, SC area!

The EDI Developer will work on projects and procedures related to electronic data interchange (EDI) to support client applications and systems. They will be responsible for advising and consulting with departments regarding the identification of EDI problem areas.

Duties:

• Troubleshooting file transfer protocol (FTP) networking systems and other issues that arise with EDI transactions
• Writing applications and technical specifications.
• Ensuring adherence to industry security standards.
• Managing data systems and EDI processes
• Documenting all EDI processes, including mappings, configurations, and procedures

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in software development, analysis, and/or testing
• Hands-on experience with EDI Applications and EDI mapping
