Financial Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Analyst to join Finance Operations team. This role is essential in maximizing revenue and delivering shareholder value through managing and maintaining Marketplace Partner Trade Terms. You will be responsible for driving key financial processes, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with various cross-functional teams to support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key business partners to ensure trade terms are accurately maintained and function as the subject matter expert across teams.
• Oversee Marketplace Partners' sales order maintenance, pricing conditions, order types, and products.
• Maintain all aspects of Marketplace Partner trade terms in SAP/JBA systems, including discounts and payment terms.
• Execute annual partner terms reviews, track credit memos, and manage special projects.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, manage compliance documentation, and ensure adherence to SOX compliance practices.
• Communicate policies and procedures clearly to partners and internal teams, while proactively resolving marketplace partner-related issues.

You will also engage with senior leadership to drive decision-making, making a direct impact on profitability through managing marketplace partner discounts.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP/JBA, Sprint, Cognos/Info Retriever, and MMX is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact across a variety of audiences.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of work experience in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Sales Operations.
