Application Engineering Manager

We are partnering with our client who designs and builds custom autorotation solutions looking for an Application Engineering Manager

Position Highlight:

· Full-Time Direct Hire

· Title: Application Engineering Manager

Background Requirements:

· 7+ years applications experience + 2+ years of leading experience

· Bachelor’s degree

· Strong commercial/ business/ financial understanding, aptitude, and ability

· Automation background

· Robotic Automation Integrator experience preferred

Position Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the Application Engineering Team consisting of 5 direct reports and 2 contractors

· Act as a liaison to the sales team and be customer-facing

· Develop business aspects of the Application Engineering Team

· Quoting, estimating, P&L, Gross Margin's etc.

· Lead other aspects as well as be someone who can develop employees
