We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Account Executive (MSP Sales) to join our team. This role requires a proven track record in selling IT services and products, as well as the technical knowledge needed to understand and meet client needs. We need a proactive individual who can build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and consistently bring in new clients.

IT Account Executive (MSP Sales) Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business by understanding client requirements and recommending suitable IT services and solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and technical evaluations to propose customized IT solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our IT offerings to potential clients.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Keep informed on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and objectives.

  • Sales Revenue: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Client Acquisition: Acquire a targeted number of new clients each quarter.
  • Client Retention: Maintain a high retention rate through exceptional service and support.
  • Sales Pipeline: Sustain a healthy sales pipeline with a set number of qualified leads.
  • Proposal Conversion: Achieve a high percentage of proposal-to-sale conversions.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Receive positive client feedback and high satisfaction ratings.
  • Product Knowledge: Exhibit strong knowledge of IT services and solutions.

IT Account Executive (MSP Sales) Compensation + Benefits:

  • $50k - $70k base with year 1 OTE of $120k
