Looking for an experienced IT Staffing Account Manager/Account Executive to join our Team! Bayforce has a national account base so no non-compete issues! The position is a hybrid with 1-2 days per week in a Downtown Chicago office.

We are a leading IT Consulting and Staffing firm with over 28 years of expertise in providing exceptional SAP, Oracle, Cloud, and higher-level IT staffing services. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive with proven sales experience to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers to identify IT project and staffing needs with emphasis in ERP, Cloud, and PMO.
  • Gather and verify Client requirements while working closely with our delivery team to develop and deliver solutions and services for our client’s needs.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with Bayforce’s services.
  • Maintaining relationships with the consultants at your clients.
  • Meet and exceed production goals and document needed activity to achieve those goals in Bayforce’s CRM and ATS system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years of Sales experience in the IT staffing industry
  • 1+ year of AE experience with SAP/ERP or Cloud services like Salesforce or Workday is a plus
  • 5-15 years of business experience
  • 4-year college degree in business or a related degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task while being detail-oriented as well as effectively prioritize
  • Strong work ethic with desire to learn and grow within the organization
  • Must have strong experience with MS Office tools. Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Must be willing to travel to meet non-local customers on occasion. Local customers often.

Pluses:

  • Understanding of other ERPs like Oracle, Cloud concepts
  • We use Salesforce.com for our CRM and ATS. Some exposure is a plus
  • Knowledge of sales support tools like Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
