We are a leading IT Consulting firm with nearly 30 years of expertise in providing exceptional SAP, Oracle, Cloud, PMO and higher-level IT staffing services. We are seeking someone with 2 years of IT Staffing experience who started as an IT Recruiter and has at least 1 year of account management experience including conducting intake calls with customers, facilitating submittals, following up for feedback, assisting throughout the hiring process as well as being the point of contact for existing customer contacts and expanding within those accounts.
The ideal candidate would also have experience in ERP, CRM, and HCM technologies and experience supporting finance and/or banking customers. We are looking for someone eager to expand their experience within our industry and become a primary point of contact for our existing customers. Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Management : Participate in intake calls for our strategic accounts and help define the needs, create job descriptions, enter roles into our CRM, manage the submittal process, and follow up for feedback with the hiring managers. Screening and Evaluation : Conduct quality check candidate screenings when needed evaluating technical and soft skills to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit requirements. Client Management : Maintain a positive customer experience from intake through the hiring process. Regularly meet with existing hiring managers to discuss performance of our consultants, identify new opportunities, and forecast future projects. Client Expansion : Grow our overall footprint within the assigned existing customers and manage those new relationships. Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with client management teams to ensure close collaboration on needs as well as any issues that arise. What We’re Looking For:
2-3 years working for an IT staffing firm with at least 1 year of IT account management as well as prior IT recruiting experience. Must have strong experience working on the IT contract and contract to hire services side (not direct hire). Strongly prefer someone who has supported financial services or banking customers in the past. Experience participating in customer intake calls and comfortable being the point of contact for submittals and feedback with the hiring managers as well as maintaining those relationships and growing new ones with existing accounts. An ideal candidate has a strong desire to outperform, achieve, and learn new technologies and concepts and is passionate, driven, creative and able to collaborate with the team. Ability to multi-task while being detail oriented as well as effectively prioritize. Strong work ethic with desire to learn and grow within the organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiating/sales skills, and effective time management skills are a must. 4-year college degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related degree. Pluses:
Experience in account management and recruiting for leading IT Technologies such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce, or Workday. Experience in account management and recruiting in multiple IT categories: ERP, CRM, HCM, Application Development, PMO, etc. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Bullhorn, JobDiva or JobScience.
