Construction Manager

Primary Function: As a Construction Manager at ROI, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of high-voltage electrical installation projects from pre-construction through completion. Your role includes managing safety, materials, quality, schedule, estimates, costs, personnel, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction activities on high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, cost development, and estimating.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure materials arrive as scheduled.
- Develop and manage relationships with clients and subcontractors in the Electric Power Industry.
- Ensure all project permits are obtained as required.
- Approve and communicate project status reports and budget updates.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to implement field design changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in the Electric Power Industry, particularly in managing large-scale EPC projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a TWIC card if necessary.
