Executive Personal Assistant

We're looking for a high-EQ, solutions-oriented Executive Assistant to manage business activities and personal schedules for two bicoastal Executive Partners/Owners of a successful OnlyFans marketing agency.
It's imperative that you're capable of working remotely and producing without constant oversight. Additionally, you must be a stellar communicator, self-managing, and able to easily transition across projects while maintaining extremely high standards of excellence and attention to detail.
This role is primarily focused on executive functions, but will require assistance managing personal activities as well.
Start date: ASAP
Employment Status: Contract
Work location: Remote with occasional onsite meetings in the Scottsdale area; occasional travel may be requested (domestically and internationally)
Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Position focus areas:
- Business and personal project management (Monday.com experience a plus): track and update projects with notes on timelines, budgets, expenses, communications, and other relevant information
- Heavy calendar management and scheduling reflective of meetings, events, personal appointments, travel, any/all business and personal commitments
- Email management and correspondence
- Manage communications and correspondence with vendors, contractors, and business contacts
- Business admin in coordination with internal HR, Legal, and Accounting teams
- Event planning
- Heavy travel coordination for Executive Partners and hosted parties
- Remote house and office management - coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, deliveries, etc.
- Personal errands, shopping, miscellaneous tasks
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with prior experience as an Exec or Personal Assistant
- Familiarity with the OnlyFans platform; must be comfortable managing communications and materials occasionally involving adult subject matter
- Must be able to work extremely well remotely
- Must have schedule flexibility - while there will be schedule consistency, this isn't a M-F position/8-5 position, so you'll need to be able to work occasional nights and weekends if needed
- Must be able to travel occasionally to assist with business functions both domestically and internationally (passport required)
- Strong project management abilities, Monday.com experience preferred
- Experienced booking travel, including international; flights, hotels, dining, activities, etc. creating itineraries, and ensuring stress-free experiences (or as close to as possible)
- Intensely details-focused and organized
- Proficient across G Suite applications - Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.
- Experienced managing multiple priorities at once
- Strong ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to roll with punches, adapt, problem-solve
- Can execute autonomously and ask questions needed to move projects forward
