Equity Management is an experienced Residential and Commercial property management company serving our clients since 1979. We are dedicated to offering an exceptional experience to our residents and team members. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team and help drive our mission forward.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties. You will ensure that our properties are managed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high standards of service and resident satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties.
• Be knowledgeable with HUD REAC inspection requirements for Multi Family and Residential
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead, train, and motivate property management staff to achieve performance goals.
• Foster strong resident relations and address any concerns promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Analyze market trends and implement strategies to improve occupancy rates.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance property visibility and resident engagement.
• Prepare and conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in commercial property management and 5+ years of experience in residential property management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and budgets.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 Offer based on experience
