Job Title: HR Director

Department: Human Resources

Job Overview:

The HR Director will lead and manage the HR department, overseeing all aspects of human resource management and strategy to support organizational goals. This role will involve developing HR initiatives, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting employee engagement.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for employee concerns and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance evaluation systems that promote continuous feedback and professional development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation strategies and benefit programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and policies.
  • HR Metrics: Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR) is a plus.
