Real Estate Attorney

The Loch Group is working with a Commercial Real Estate Developer who is looking for an Associate Counsel. The ideal candidate must have 1-4 years of experience in commercial real estate law, preferably transactional.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other real estate-related documents.
• Research and advise on real estate law, land use, and regulatory matters affecting development projects.
• Work with outside counsel on litigation, compliance and other legal issues.
• Provide legal support for ongoing property management, leasing, and tenant-related matters.
• Assist with corporate governance and compliance as needed.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Texas
• 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate law, preferably in a law firm or in-house environment.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
