Attorney

We seek a talented and innovative associate with at least four years of experience in real estate transactions to join our Real Estate practice.

The client's unique approach to professional services involves legal and strategic business services. We help our clients navigate complex matters involving financing, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and public/private transactions with a team of lawyers, land use planners, real estate brokers, and business strategy consultants. The Real Estate Transactions team works collaboratively across offices and practices and engages in various transactions across industry sectors.

A successful candidate will have broad experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, exchanges, ground leasing, commercial leasing, joint ventures, secured loans, and workouts. They should have experience negotiating and drafting closing purchase and sale agreements, commercial and ground leases and subleases, property management agreements, and other real estate transaction documents. Joint venture and project finance experience is a plus.

• Strong academic background. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Experience handling real estate transactions with limited supervision.
• Admitted to the FL Bar.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
