What are we looking for?

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for the team, helping to remove impediments and fostering an environment conducive to high performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Owners and Business Analysts, to prioritize backlogs and ensure alignment with project and business goals.
• Apply banking industry best practices and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements in the development process.
• Monitor and report on team progress through Agile metrics (velocity, sprint progress, etc.) to support decision-making and transparency.
• Lead initiatives to improve Agile maturity within the organization and promote a culture of continuous learning.
