The ideal candidate should be passionate about writing a clean and fast performing code. The candidate will be responsible to leading a small team of product professionals.

What are we looking for?

Scrum Master

Boston, MA

Requirements:

10+ Years of Experience in a scrum master role

Deep knowledge of agile principles, practices, frameworks and metrics

Must have experience as a Scrum Master before they transitioned into a coaching role with couple of years of experience coaching people, leadership, coaching multiple teams and teams transform from doing agile to being agile

Ability to quickly assess teams’ maturity, develop a coaching plan and skillfully take on the appropriate stance (coach, teacher, mentor, partner) to help the team

Proficiency in delivering training on Agile concepts and tools to a diverse set of audience

Expertise in designing and facilitating outcome-oriented meetings/ceremonies at the squad and Tribe level

Track record of driving behavior and culture change across all levels of the organization

Certifications such as CSM (Scrum Alliance), PSM (Scrum.org), RSM (Scrum Inc.) CSPO, PSPO, RSPO, PMI/ACP, SPC etc. Is preferable.

Experience as a Product owner is nice to have.
