Technical Scrum Master

Our client is seeking a Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile Development teams focused on Angular, Java, and Cloud technologies!

Here is what you will be doing:

• Work closely with product, development, and QA teams to implement and optimize Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
• Guide Agile/SAFe adoption and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and foster team collaboration.
• Coach teams to enhance their Agile maturity and self-organization.
• Track and analyze metrics to measure team performance.
• Identify and resolve complex problems.

Here is what our ideal candidate has:

• 5-10 years of experience in Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, leading technical teams.
• Candidates must have experience with Angular, Java, and Cloud platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Certification in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I) preferred.
• Knowledge of Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery.
