Position Summary: The Director of Business Analytics & Innovation will lead the development of business analytics, digital intelligence, technology, and innovation strategies. This role involves defining and executing strategy, managing a team of Business Analysts, and identifying strategic, technological, and efficiency opportunities to contribute to overall business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a company-wide business intelligence framework.
- Oversee the deployment of data analytics tools and platforms.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular data audits for accuracy and quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics.
- Develop and implement technology and innovation strategies aligned with business goals.
- Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Report on analytics and innovation activities to the General Manager and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business analytics and innovation leadership.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, and business forecasting.
- Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and data visualization.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Azure.
- Advanced degree in computer science, data management, finance, statistics, or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience preferred.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
