Position Summary: The Director of Business Analytics & Innovation will lead the development of business analytics, digital intelligence, technology, and innovation strategies. This role involves defining and executing strategy, managing a team of Business Analysts, and identifying strategic, technological, and efficiency opportunities to contribute to overall business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a company-wide business intelligence framework.
  • Oversee the deployment of data analytics tools and platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular data audits for accuracy and quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics.
  • Develop and implement technology and innovation strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Report on analytics and innovation activities to the General Manager and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business analytics and innovation leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, and business forecasting.
  • Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and data visualization.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Azure.
  • Advanced degree in computer science, data management, finance, statistics, or related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience preferred.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
