Position Summary:
The Director of Business Analytics & Innovation will lead the development of business analytics, digital intelligence, technology, and innovation strategies. This role involves defining and executing strategy, managing a team of Business Analysts, and identifying strategic, technological, and efficiency opportunities to contribute to overall business results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a company-wide business intelligence framework. Oversee the deployment of data analytics tools and platforms. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations. Conduct regular data audits for accuracy and quality. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics. Develop and implement technology and innovation strategies aligned with business goals. Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and drive continuous improvement. Report on analytics and innovation activities to the General Manager and other stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience in business analytics and innovation leadership. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, and business forecasting. Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and data visualization. Hands-on experience with technologies such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Azure. Advanced degree in computer science, data management, finance, statistics, or related field preferred. At least 5 years of managerial experience preferred. Experience in the construction industry is a plus. Necessary Attributes: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Outstanding leadership, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to think beyond existing solutions. Adaptability and flexibility. Collaboration and cross-functional coordination. Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
