IT Administrator

Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced IT Administrator for our client, a wonderful membership-based nonprofit organization in Portland! In this role, you’ll oversee all IT operations, including systems, network, and applications, security and more! This is a full time, direct hire, onsite role.

• Compensation range is $100-120k, depending on experience

What you will be doing:

• Function as the only onsite IT support personnel for an office of about 30 people
• Ensure that functionality of all IT systems and applications are optimized, with enhancements as needed, working closely with outside vendors and providers
• Maintain and administer network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)
• Maintain and administer Windows environments including on prem and cloud Windows and Linux servers, Azure, O365
• Other general IT support including security (audits and access management), access control systems, a/v systems

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience in Systems, Network and IT administration
• Demonstrated knowledge of networking processes, procedures, troubleshooting and best practices
• Systems administration expertise in Windows/Linux, Azure, and O365
• Expertise in problem solving with an attention to detail in a fast paced environment
