About the Role:
Job Title: Salesforce Lead Developer
Work Location: Newark, CA (5 days office)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Translate the clients business objectives into technical requirements covering all aspects of the functionalities
- Understand the user stories and break them into modules of technical scenarios
- Estimate the efforts needed to accomplish customer objectives
- Identify highlight different risks involved and work on mitigation plans
- Lead and guide the technical consultants during various phases of the project including but not limited to design coding unit testing to deployment
- Review the code to ensure requirement coverage and adherence to best practices
- Mentor new team members to bring them up to speed
- Good communication skills Must be able to manage interactions with various stake holders across multiple countries
- Should be able to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed by self and other junior team members on the project
Qualifications:
- Required Experience: Minimum 9 Years experience in Salesforce Development
- Primary Skill: Must have Salesforce Omni studio Velocity SQL experience
- Secondary Skills: Good to have Insurance Domain experience
Required Skills:
- Must have at least 9 years of Handson Salesforce Development Experience
- Must be willing work as Lead developer on day to day tasks with customer and provide Technical expertise
- Work with product designers and solution architect to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals
- Should have hands working knowledge of various tools like Omni Studio and Velocity etc
- Must have been using relational databases and writing at least novicelevel queries
- Developing Workflows defining and updating Object Models and Mappings
- Excellent Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Service Cloud features
- Sound understanding of Salesforce and its eco system
- Should be able to recommend best practices around design and development
- Must be able to lead and mentor the team in designing and review of code guide and encourage the team to follow these best practices
- Convert business requirements into a design ability to see through the modular issues
- Should have rich experience in data migration and working in a highly integrated enterprise application
- Maps the project life cycle with the project manager and Manages rollout and post deliverable strategy
- Ability to lead and mentor teams should have played leadership roles before
- Experience in planning estimation delivery model customer facing roles and effective client interaction skills
- Soft Skills Good communication analytical and presentation skills problem solving skills and learning attitude
- Experience developing within a professional Software Development Life Cycle methodology Agile SCRUM etc

Pay range and compensation package:
