Job Description:

As a Commercial Roofing Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of commercial roofing projects. Your duties will include:

• Site Visits: Conducting thorough site inspections to assess roofing conditions and requirements.
• Measure and Take-offs: Accurately measuring and taking off roof dimensions, identifying materials needed, and determining labor requirements.
• Estimate Preparation: Developing detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Proposal Writing: Preparing professional proposals outlining project scope, costs, and timelines.
• Client Communication: Effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and answer questions about estimates and proposals.
• Software Proficiency: Utilizing estimating software to streamline the estimation process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roofing estimating
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and industry standards
• Excellent math and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift)
• Valid driver's license
