BIM Modeling Engineer (Only W2 & Locals)

Title: BIM Modeling Engineer

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) required.

· 2-5 years of related experience drafting one or more of the following systems:

· Data/Voice structured cabling systems, audiovisual presentation and conferencing systems, wireless systems including Wi-Fi, public safety distribution systems, access control, intrusion detection and video surveillance systems.

· Experience with Autodesk Revit/AutoCAD/Navisworks required.

· Revizto experience is a plus.

· Effective visual/verbal communication skills are essential. Candidates should possess a proficient understanding of inter-relationships among design/engineering disciplines, clients, and constructors.

· Solid organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple project assignments to meet competing deadlines.

· Ability to work independently and within a team setting to support projects and assignments in various phases.

· Ability to provide support to local projects, as well as assisting team members in other projects across the company.

· Availability to occasionally travel for projects.

· This position is for a BIM Modeler and requires Drafting. This is not a BIM Coordinator Role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's Degree in Related Field.

· 2-5 years of relevant experience as an BIM Molder with Telecommunication or Electrical systems

· Fluent in Autodesk CAD (computer-aided drafting & design) programs including Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD.
