Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid Schedule (Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite), Full Time

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, along with Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time and Holidays, Healthcare, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401k

LHH is working with a Personal Injury firm in seeking a dedicated and experienced Settlement Negotiator to join their team in Century City. This role involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where you’ll handle a significant caseload and be expected to settle 20+ claims per week. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of personal injury (P.I.) settlement negotiation experience, with a solid understanding of medical injuries and billing practices. Spanish fluency is a huge plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate personal injury settlements, prioritizing efficiency and maximizing outcomes.
• Manage a large caseload, handling all aspects of claim settlement.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and analyze injury-related documentation.
• Use Microsoft Office and other technology effectively to maintain accurate records.
• Work onsite four days per week, with one remote day.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of P.I. settlement negotiation experience.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in medical injury assessment and familiarity with medical bills.
• Proven multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and technology for tracking and communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Preferred: Spanish speaking skills (a huge plus but not required). Former auto insurance company adjusters and attorneys are welcome to apply.
