Manufacturing Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget

• Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

• Implement lean methodologies and principles to optimize project workflows

• Conduct process mapping and identify areas for improvement

• Provide project leadership and mentorship to team members

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

• Ensure quality management practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management and project delivery

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and drive consensus

• Familiarity with Quality Management principles and practices

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP certification is a plus;Proficient in both Chinese and English is a preferred
