Our client, a top player in hospitality, resort management, and timeshare clubs/memberships, is looking to add an VP of Owner Marketing to their growing team!

Salary: $150-190k/yr

Location: Hybrid in Orlando, FL or Myrtle Beach, SC

About this role:

• Develop strategies for marketing campaigns to existing club members and legacy timeshare owners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, digital marketing, and email team
• Report into the SVP of Customer Experience
• Create campaign ideation and strategy, then send to campaign team to deploy campaign

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience working in membership or loyalty marketing
• Experience leading a call center
• B2C experience
• Experience in owner services or customer experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Self-driven, team player mentality
