Corporate M&A Transactional Attorney

Our client mid-size firm seeking a Sr Counsel (Corporate Transactional Attorney) for a growing practice.

This role will be empowered to work in their corporate transactional practice handling a variety of complex matters. These including:

• private equity investments
• recapitalizations
• finance, entity structuring, formation, & commercial contracts
• joint ventures
• private offerings of securities

Key Factors:

• Corporate transactional experience aligned with role
• Experience in firm with billable hours
• Billable Hours target is 1800
• All associates are targeted for partner with a history of successfully promoting to partner
• Equity potential in the future for those interested
• Ability to work independently in hybrid setting after on-boarding
