We are seeking a dynamic Plumbing Install Manager to lead our plumbing install team and elevate our service standards.

Job Summary: The Plumbing Installation Manager will oversee all aspects of plumbing installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of plumbing systems, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of fostering a culture of excellence among the installation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the plumbing installation team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Plan and coordinate plumbing installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and quality of work.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during installations and implement effective solutions.
• Implement training programs to continuously improve team skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in plumbing installation, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation techniques, and local codes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
