Business Systems Analyst

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional enterprise environment to gather and document business and systems requirements for a key organizational project initiative. The successful Business Systems Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders leading requirements sessions to understand various project needs and coordinate with various technology teams as well. This person will document technical requirements as well as gather business requirements to fill in requirements gaps. • 5+ years' experience in a Business Systems Analyst role
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements is required
• Must have experience gathering and documenting systems requirements
• Must be able to gather requirement and document complex processes
• Experience with Agile and writing user stories is required
• Must be able to work with various levels of business stakeholders
• Must be very comfortable working with systems and requirements for large projects.
• Must have strong knowledge of the SDLC process
• Must have disciplined, structured approach to business requirements gathering
• Experience in facilitating and leading requirements meetings is required
• Must be driven, self-motivated, and persistent
• Must be able to work professionally with different levels within an enterprise organization
• Must have an understanding of security governance (NIST, ISO, Controls)
