BASIC PURPOSE: The Digital Analytics Manager will provide analytic support for the Ecommerce and Digital Experience teams of NCLH. The role will analyze website performance to develop a deeper understanding of guest behavior, marketing and site performance, audience attributes and segmentation, and path to purchase. This position will serve as the subject matter expert for digital analytics data and tools, mentoring and training team members to use data and tools to improve their business performance.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership through the robust development of talent on the digital analytics team.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis and reporting, surfacing insights with actionable recommendations in line with goals and KPIs.
  • Proactively identify and forecast performance opportunities to improve conversions, web leads and customer journeys.
  • Provide strategic perspective and develop necessary frameworks for key areas (marketing effectiveness, predictive site analytics, personalization, digital data governance and privacy) for guidance and to promote organizational objectives.
  • Establish KPI & digital measurement frameworks that align to the business objectives, strategies and are synergistic across geographic regions and brands.
  • Translate detailed analytic output into clear, concise, and articulate executive summaries for consumption by Executives as well as Business Stakeholders.
  • Design, implement and maintain self-serve reporting dashboards that support marketing programs and Digital Experience teams. Provide training and support to teams as needed.
  • Ensure processes, tools and documentation are in place to support efficient and consistent digital analytics across the organization, and standardize methodology for addressing common questions.
  • Lead the formulation and execution of the digital analytics roadmap to drive the consumption and utilization of analytics insights to create impactful business outcomes across lines of business and functions (Marketing, Digital Experience, Call Center, Revenue Management).
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or Mathematics/Statistics.

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience with digital product analytics, digital analytics, or digital marketing analytics. Minimum 3 years' experience specifically in digital analytics.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Expertise in digital analytics tools and processes, experience in Adobe Analytics strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of business, financials and drivers of profitability, and how those relate to digital analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills, excellent time-management and organizational habits, and the ability to clearly communicate and present information for stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Demonstrate highly effective cross functional leadership and experience working in a matrixed organization, aligning cross functional stakeholders, and gathering business requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to present ideas and persuade action.
  • Skilled in interpreting complex data, eliciting the most important points, and summarizing with clarity.
  • Expertise in presentation and data visualization tools.
  • Robust knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of statistics, probability and advanced math concepts.
  • Must perform well in high pressure situations, balance competing priorities, and demonstrate the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
