Senior Associate

Spectrum Search Group has partnered with a Fortune 500 company looking to bring in a Senior Associate. This candidate will drive M&A and Strategic Finance initiatives, working closely with the FP&A and strategy teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize financial performance, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting with a focus on Strategic Finance
• Experience delivering key contribution across all aspects of M&A process including due diligence, projection models, and valuations
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting, providing detailed insights and decision support for internal business partners.
• Own and deliver executive-level reporting on performance, corporate goals, and ad-hoc requests on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Consolidate and analyze financial plans and forecasts across departments to ensure cohesive and accurate reporting.
• Partner with senior management to define business strategies, particularly for marketing planning, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic growth.
