Job Roles & Responsibilities
Operational Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement streamlined processes to optimize the efficiency of all operational activities.
Analyze, forecast, and manage budgetary goals to align with company growth targets.
Drive operational KPIs and strategic initiatives to ensure scalability.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and develop high-performing teams, ensuring clear communication and fostering a collaborative environment.

Desired Skills and Competencies:
Experience in Insurance Operations:
Proven track record in operations management within an insurance brokerage or related field.
Knowledge of MGA and retail brokerage workflows, compliance, and technology.
Knowledge of Insurance Program Development and Captive Markets
