We are looking for chefs and dumpling chefs. Dumpling chefs need to have experience in making dough, making buns.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at Mimi Garden in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen's daily operations, and ensuring the quality of food served.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working as a Chef in a restaurant or similar setting
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Strong culinary skills and creativity in menu planning and food preparation
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage kitchen staff
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus
