Information Technology Systems Administrator

What you’ll be doing:
As the Information Technology Systems Administrator, you’ll be essential in maintaining the stability and security of our IT systems. You’ll handle a variety of responsibilities that keep our infrastructure running smoothly, provide technical support to end-users, and ensure our network and systems are secure and up-to-date.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Installing, configuring, and repairing hardware and software.
- Managing user accounts and licenses for critical systems like our ERP, CRM, and other software.
- Running diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Documenting IT procedures thoroughly and maintaining an up-to-date inventory of hardware.
- Coordinating with software vendors to ensure system integrity and resolve complex issues.
- Partnering with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Accounting on system improvement projects.
- Executing system updates and disaster recovery plans to enhance system reliability and security.
- Providing technical assistance to employees, whether in person or remotely, to address any issues related to software, hardware, or network performance.
Your proactive approach to system management and commitment to best practices will play a critical role in ensuring our IT infrastructure supports our company’s goals effectively.
The skills and expertise you will bring to the role:

- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, with a proven ability to manage and troubleshoot complex IT systems effectively
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Strong attention to detail
