Senior ML Scientist

Go Tek are currently on the lookout for talented Senior ML Scientists for a Biotech company using AI/ML to revolutionize small molecule drug discovery.

Responsibilities:

• Explore AI-driven molecular design applications and generative approaches, including active learning.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for processing large-scale datasets in cheminformatics and structural biology.
• Develop methods, datasets, and tools for benchmarking and validation of ML model.

Required Experience:

• Experience in molecular recognition and the structural properties of small molecule-protein binding.
• Knowledge of modern drug discovery technologies.
• Experience in developing machine learning and deep learning models, methods or algorithms.
• PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Chemistry or Protein Chemistry.

The role is hybrid with 2-3 days a week needed in their Boston office and is offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
