Information Technology Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic IT/Software Project Manager to lead cross-departmental projects, ensuring effective software development and process management across teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with business units, IT, and software development teams to ensure all aspects of projects are covered and that deliverables align with business needs. This role also involves managing project timelines, coordinating training, handling escalations, and utilizing data analytics to enhance project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure all software development and process management requirements are addressed.
• Manage project schedules, identify risks, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and training needs.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or software.
• Manage escalations, troubleshooting project issues, and resolving blockers efficiently.
• Utilize data analytics to track project performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize processes.
• Implement and maintain best practices in project management, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business and quality standards.
• Provide ongoing communication with stakeholders, offering regular updates on project status, risks, and resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software development and process management project oversight (3-5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Agile/Scrum).
• Experience in using data analytics tools to track performance and drive decision-making (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate between teams and departments while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
