Information Technology Project Manager

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong IT project manager specializing in SDLC projects to join a great team in the greater Nashville, TN area!

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ranging in size from inception through post-implementation.

Duties

• Develop scope of work and create in-depth project plans to ensure projects are successfully completed
• Monitor and track project milestones. Identify potential obstacles and create proactive solutions to remove blockers.
• Ensure projects are following and meeting budget expectations as well as identify potential areas to increase cost effectiveness.
• Manage resource allocation to ensure project coverage.
• Create project documentations and regularly communicate updates with stakeholders.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships and ensure effective communication is occurring throughout project life cycle across teams and departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or similar field
• 4+ years of experience managing IT projects
• Experience working with IT healthcare delivery
• Hands-on experience with system implementations and/or SDLC projects
• In-depth knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
