Hybrid onsite IT Project Manager- No C2C

Onsite 3 days a week in Memphis

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee SDLC projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Jira to monitor project progress and address any impediments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting project milestones, risks, and issues.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative team environment to promote engagement and high performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, specifically managing SDLC projects.
• Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Memphis three days a week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience with additional project management tools and software.
