Top Requirements:

• Experience in SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), or integration with ECC and S/4 HANA1
• Experience ensuring seamless integration of SAP Ariba with existing systems to optimize procurement workflows (Ariba B&I, Ariba SLP, Business network, and integration to ECC, S/4 HANA)
• Experience with vendor management specifically withing application software or service suppliers
• Experience creating and maintaining end-user training documentation, technical guides, and providing training to business users

PLUSSES:

• Experience in Lean, process mapping, and value mapping
• SAP Certified Associate, SAP Ariba Procurement, SAP Ariba Supplier Management, SAP Learning Hub Certifications
• Experience implementing additional Ariba modules, such as Ariba Sourcing, Guided Buying
• Experience in gaming industry with financial background

Daily Responsibilities:

In this role, this individual will act as a liaison between business leaders and IT, effectively communicating priorities while managing functional and technical requirements for support and projects. They will collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, document, and support solutions in new and existing finance enterprise applications. This individual will lead Ariba projects, engaging in discussions to understand business requirements, re-engineering processes, and configuring the Ariba system. Throughout the project lifecycle, they will build, analyze, and document business specifications, while also handling SOX audit reporting related to Ariba processes. They will be responsible for integrating Ariba with S/4 (from ECC), ensuring seamless data flow between systems. This role requires high proficiency in Ariba B&I, Ariba SLP, Business Network, and integration to ECC, S/4 HANA, demonstrating both functional and technical expertise to drive effective solutions that build business value. This is a full-time direct placement role with an ever-evolving company in the Louisville, KY area.

Compensation

starting at 100k

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
