Production Supervisor

Position Overview
Seeking a Production Supervisors to join our team, overseeing up to 30 direct reports within our high-energy production department of 150 team members. As leaders in modular building innovation, we manufacture and construct mid- and high-rise structures in fast-paced urban environments. In this hands-on role, Production Supervisors will be responsible for ensuring daily production targets are met, promoting a positive and safe workplace, and driving high performance across crews.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Open and close the production site, manage safety protocols, and oversee production targets.
- Crew Management: Supervise up to 30 operators; ensure team compliance with safety and HR standards, provide performance feedback, and facilitate necessary training.
- Production Goals: Drive crew to meet production goals in a high-performance environment, fostering accountability and maintaining a positive culture.
- Equipment & Materials: Responsible for the use and safety of equipment including rigging and heavy machinery.
Required Skills & Experience
- ERP Proficiency: Must be adept in ERP systems (ODOO), Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience managing crews in a fast-paced environment, preferably within manufacturing or construction.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with modular construction or manufacturing; strong background in CFS framing, drywall finishing (mud and tape), waterproofing, fire-stopping, and equipment rigging is preferred.
- Conflict Resolution: Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and direct conflict resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience in a high-performance setting.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other finishing trades.
Primarily they will need journeymen to foremen-level experience working with all or a combination of the following:
- CFS framing
- Drywall finishing, mud and tape**
- Waterproofing (Tyvek, weatherproofing wraps)
- Fire stopping (mineral wool) **
- Electrical
- Plumbing (cast iron waste)
- HVAC unit installation (condensate and ductwork)
- Finishes (door/hardware, flooring)
At least two of the supervisors should have experience with rigging and
heavy equipment operating.
